Well I bought one from N W London, park royal.  A ford focus, 04.  We get a 3 month warranty which I kindof like because with an auction if you're not a petrol head (me), you can get taken.  At least buying this, I have recourse.  But thanks for help.  :)

I have a friend who sources cars.  You tell him what you want and what your budget is.  He will look for you all over the UK.  He then collects the car and will deliver to you.  He has helped several of my friends and found me my car before Christmas ... more »

The speed cameras are one thing....   The cameras that sneakily catch you when - for three seconds -  you drop off poor old granny or your daughter/son weighed down with a backpack outside Clapham South tube are another.

I have one that you can have - its a black wooden (Mdf!) "traditional" style IKEA one with a draw. You could paint it Not very big. As good as new. You would need to collect it tomorrow late afternoon as we have handed notice in on our storage unit in ... more »

It would be good if the council also listened to complaints about the 'pavement aprons' ...!  Oh yes, and, of course, the single yellow-line parking on a Sunday in Balham...
