I'm looking for beginners tai chi or qigong classes in the daytime Monday to Friday, in Putney, Fulham, Barnes, Roehampton etc.  I can only find evening classes, which I can't get to. Does anyone know of any daytime ones?

While eating out at an Indian restaurant, best thing to have handy is plain white yoghurt. You could either take a little pot with you or ask them for the Raita. This has a cooling effect, so will drop the chilli temperature dramatically. Jam is a great ... more »
