Forest Gate School are running Zumba/Yoga ect, I believe the cost is £25 per month if you want an annual contract or £35 per month if you sign up for a monthly contract. My neighbour goes Zumba and uses their gym and she said its great

Why not check out ABBEY ROAD, GARDEN'S, they often have open days, fete's. They are situated between Westham and Stratford.  Have web site. Or there is the Mayor's show at Central Park, Eastham, in June/July, and they always have a garden centre,

Not many if any English shops in east. Hsm now tho.all asian or some other ethnic group. I hate the pound a bowl they do. I am just 1person it would go off. No decent clothes now.im 63 not old fashion but no decent
