Bike locksmith needed

Hi all.

My girlfriend's bike is trapped in Balham! The key snapped off in the d-lock and despite all our efforts there is no way to get the lock off of the bike. We have proof of ownership, so wondered what we should do?

Does anyone know a locksmith or otherwise who could help?

I think I would need a cordless one! Not sure how I would plug that in, being in the middle of Sainsbury's car park. Cordless makes it a lot more expensive.
