Workshop at the pop up gallery.
I'd like to thank all those who have left materials for me at the Upper Tooting rd gallery. Thank you so much for your wonderful contributions and cooperation.
I do not think that any more is required. I hope you will be there on the 17th. I will be adding to this thread tomorrow when we have worked out the organisational details.

Things have been re-dimensioned. I do not know if the workshop will be going ahead since the group running the gallery have their own programme.
I do hope to schedule the work at a later date elsewhere. Time to talk it over with Wandsworth Council Arts dept. More will follow.
If they do not want the streets to be used I may have to beg use of front walls to pose the figures starting with mine!
Couldn't you do it in random front gardens all over Tooting, a bit like the "men" on the beach ( I think near Liverpool) or the lions they had around Bath ( google it!!). It acts like a treasure hunt, AND innovative art. Hope you could use the Kingspan!! Let me know if there's anything else I might have you or others can use!!

I will do this even if it means using private property as opposed to council property. I really thin that the message is important and all your help will be essential and support heartfelt.
Ross, I'll let you know what else is if needed as soon as I get a place to work in.
Sylvia you have all my thi=anks for the wire hangers, yes, I did get it and your support is greatly appreciated.
Let me get talking to the council for a place to work at least and then - well we'll show Tooting and London what community means!
