Hi Andy He has and it worked amazing well for 3 years..Until we got married and he changed jobs in the same couple of months (not sure what that says about me!! hah) and he's read it about 3 times since and always goes back to it. Although Allen Car does suggest that the only other method he recommends simultaneously is Hypnotherapy. Which brings me nicely back to this....But maybe the course if this doesn't work. Thank you. Ah yes, giving up smoking....... I went to Alan Carr's clinic near Wimbledon and had hypnotherapy and it was completely successful. BUT it will only really work if your husband honestly WANTS to stop.......

I too went to Allen Carr, three times over the course of about 3 years, refresher courses he called them after the initial session. That was about 10/12 years ago. It really works but only if you really want to give up! So my suggestion is don't give up just go back and try again............
