We had south London lofts, they were great, Sylvestras was our job manager and he really was excellent, we possibly could have got it a bit cheaper, but the service we got was excellent, they were very quick (all done before my twin due date) and the finish is excellent. We got the place valued recently and the estate agent was massively glowing about the conversion. We also had a couple of ex-builder mates round and they were very impressed with the work. I would heartily recommend them!

Hi Emma, my husband does loft conversions (trying to get him to do ours to no avail!)
He runs a very small company, just him and his partner and they get trades in when needed, so you would get more of a personal touch and be dealing with the boss rather than a tea
m of guys with no authority.
He is very experienced with doing lofts and a very honest, likeable chappy who will go out of his way to help you.

Recently and still going thro a not so good experience with A1

I think it really depends on the team leader of your build A1 sub contract to teams i do not know if this is standard but worth asking the relationship and control the company you go with has over on site issues ....
