Do you know anyone who is looking for a lettings job with a local estate agent? (SW18)

We are currently recruiting for a full time lettings negotiator and, despite the fact that there are tons of people out of work, we seem to be getting very few cv's through. Even the agencies do not seem to have many people! what/how much experience are you looking for. my background is mainly finance but includes a large national housebuilder
No lettings experience but very interested in the residential market

I am very interested in this job. I am currently working as a part-time book keeper, but my experience is in advertising,sales and production on London magazines. Rate negotiation on advertising was all part of my role.
