Dancercise Classes start this Thursday at Nuffiled in Wandsworth

Just a quick note to tell you that Dancercise is starting again this Thursday (5th July) at Nuffiled Health in Wandsworth.
Please come along if you haven't been before and have a FREE TRIAL.
Dancercise is a dance-style fitness class that is low impact and incorporates dance moves while being a fun workout. No previous experience is necessary but lots of enthusiasm is a must!
The classes normally run for six weeks and course costs £45 should you choose to stay after your free trial.

@Sylvia - yes its in the former Cannons Healthclub, now the Nuffield in St Georges Park just off Kimber Road/Burr Road.
