Maggie L 10 months, 2 weeks ago the lease ran out and there were enough customers to keep it going. Maggie L 10 months, 2 weeks ago There were NOT enough customers Susan S 10 months, 2 weeks ago Doesn't affect us as never drunk in there.the kids use to go in their when they were little for the annual bonfire Val R 10 months, 2 weeks ago the resident community need to keep this much needed facility, as they are really separated from the centre of the borough. Maggie L 10 months, 2 weeks ago The residents TRA would like to take this on, but there are not enough volunteers ready to help and that leaves just two of us to do the work. One is disabled and the other a pensioner.Apathy reigns on Scrattons Farm. Trickey mickey 10 months, 2 weeks ago We Need people to HELP us KEEP this for the childen of the area to stop the happy clappers from getting this community hall PLEASE. HELP US Pam D 10 months, 2 weeks ago This is a terrible problem; no-one wants to commit these days to help with anything. It's a real shame because we are losing so many facilities that we used to have because of the general apathy everywhere.Unfortunately we have the same problems on Thames View with different things we try to do. Dave D 10 months, 1 week ago those were the days. Dave D 10 months, 1 week ago all over. Dave D 10 months, 1 week ago good old days. Dave D 10 months, 1 week ago cheers. Maggie L 10 months ago Yesterday some stupid little oik tried to set the empty club alight. It hasn't,t been shut three weeks yet. What is the matter with them. We are trying to get it opened as a youth club and community centre, and they are trying to destroy it. However we have a name and the police are helping us, so hopefully they will catch him, or her. Susan S 10 months ago Makes you wonder how brain dead they are .people try to do good on the estate for them but they have no respect just want to destroy everything.its such a shame Angela G 10 months ago I remember it because we had a school reunion there (Cambell Secondary School) and had a good time. Maggie L 10 months ago Last night some stupid people set fire to the old social club, and this time I hear they succeeded in doing a lot of damage. This now means that there will be no community centre, no youth club, and no more events for the estate. To say we are angry is an understatement. You try to do something for the estate, and some parents complain that there is nothing for the kids to do. Well now they will have nothing, so all those complainers can just shut up. It wasn't our decision to burn the place down. I hope they catch the score who did it, and lock him up for a long time.Rant over.
