I normally use a clinici on Streatham High Road called LEIGHAM PRACTICE (they have a website, too). Very good. I usually see a lady called Jasmin.

The recentre podiatrists on balham high rd, close to dwell furniture shop and petrol station also good and reasonably priced.

A little further afield is Fitter Feet for Life, 34 North Street, Clapham, SW4 0HD...not for from Virgin Active, Clapham.  They did a very good job for me a few years ago when I thought I would have to give up running.

I have found the Wandsworth NHS podiatrist service very satisfactory.   Ask your GP for a referral.
