Does anybody know of any private landlords letting in the Belsize park/Hampstead area? Either that or a good classifieds site which might list lettings without having to go through the trouble of agencies and all the additional and unnecessary fees would be greatly appreciated, thanks : ).

Have you tried gumtree or moveflat.com? Both allow private landlords to rent so there won't be an agency fee?

After checking these sites, it seems like agencey prices are not dis- simliar but you get a safer purchase.
