Local EPC assessor?

Hi - I am looking for a good quality, EPC (Energy Performance Certificate) assessor in the Balham/Tooting area. I am keen for this to be done as quickly as possible but at reasonable rates.

Any recommendations are welcome!

I think you'll find prices are pretty similar and if you go to zoopla I'm sure they will have offers there - otherwise any letting agent will have one on their books

Back in January I used Jeremy Porter, locally based, cost was £60 carried out quickly and report arrived a couple of days later....
