i have the most anti social people living near me you could wish for

socially people are closing there door and shutting out the local community as more louts are being spread within the community, this may be part of why community spirit is being eroded and replaced with an "i'm alright jack" culture.

I haven't heard that phrase before - what's an 'i'm-alright-jack' culture?

it means not careing about anybody but yourself, and doing whatever you please with ever considering the implications it has on any body else

At one time we had some problems with teenagers climbing into our garden and being abusive. Despite what you might hear/read,  the police and community support officers were brilliant.
