Tesco Express

Has anyone heard any more about the proposed Tesco Express in Mundesley?
I for one don't think that it would affect the other shops too much, in fact it could be the opposite, as well as providing more employment for the village it could entice even more people into the area, which after all could only be a good thing.

I agree, the shop they propose to use had been a grocery shop to my knowledge for over 50 years so it is not as though they are adding a new shop to the village. Besides a bit of competition is always good for us customers!!!

It's what was Ray's Stores next to the petrol station on Cromer Road.

I think it can only be good for the village as I feel sure it will bring people in from surrounding villages who would normally go elsewhere.
