Fly tipping in my front garden

Last night someone left three large bAgs of open, unsorted and rather smelly rubbish in my front garden. I searched through the lot looking for an address but only found part of a delivery note with the same zip code as mine. Any suggestions?

If they had a zip code they presumably came from the USA. :-)  .

We have had that too, it seems to be garden trimmings which were left in orange recycling bags, about 6/8 of them.
