It's a bit out of your range, but Kayvan Ahmadi at AG Dentistry in Kentish Town Road is brilliant. (Next to Sainsburys, almost opposite the tube station.) He came highly recommended by a friend and I've recommended him to all my friends. He trained in Berlin, I think - very good for all basic care and cosmetic stuff too. Always gives you the NHS and private prices for everything and explains the difference. Lovely, friendly receptionist phones the day before to remind you of your appointment. Near to 134, C2 and 214 buses and tube.
If I ever move I'll happily travel miles to continue being treated by him.

Many thanks both of you, Dorothy - Kentish Town is a bit out of my way but your comments are so positive I think I might well give Kayvan Ahmadi a visit. It's so tricky to decide on a dentist without personal recommendation, so thanks once again.
