Greater Anglia Trains delayed

I have been delayed more hours this week than it usually takes to travel to London and back twice.

So this week I have been on the trains more time than a Greater Anglia staff member.

No improvements on info or service from the old mob NX. Very Poor service Greater Anglia you need to pull you socks up.

you can claim a refund of fares if it is an hour late

you can claim if it is more than half an hour late, and you get a percentage back. Of course, they don't like you to know that.

Greater Anglia is the 4th franchise holder since I started using the service in 2000 (thankfully not every day now) and in that time the same locos and rolling stock have been used and the fares have rocketed. What you get when a monopoly is at work.
