Permanent diversion of public footpath 75 from Stoney Lane/ Chard Rd island to Flax Meadow Lane

Wainhomes have applied to have this footpath permanently closed. If you wish to oppose this closure then you must do so by 10th December. Go to the EDDC web site, click on planning and use ref: 12/2511/FDO

Hi Nev, I have been assured by Town Clerk that Wain Homes intend to re-open FP75 in virtually its same position very shortly and that this PA is a retrospective one just to keep paperwork straight. If you need more clarification, you can contact any of the Millwey Town Councillors via the Guildhall or John Jeffrey, the district councillor via the web link on the EDDC planning portal.
