Central heating engineer needed

Can anyone recommend a heating engineer/plumber, seems to be a blockage in the system between the header tank and the pump. New pump was installed at the weekend, then noticed that there was no water feeding to it. Possibly need a power flush too as there was lots of black gunk in the pipe above the pump valve.
