Logs
Having lived in France for several years, we are used to buying cubic metres of oak logs for around £50, which is obviously not going to be the case here!. We would be very grateful to receive any recommendations for good, reasonably priced wood suppliers in the area.

I have tried many different suppliers locally and I find that Chris Aldridge of Snetterton are the best.
He doesn't measure the amount out, he just fills his flat bed up with what he thinks is the right amount. Which in all honesty is a greater amount than the companies that measure it within the cages on their flatbeds.
He charges £60 per load
