Concrete Slab

Morning all
I want to erect a large metal shed in the garden (somewhere to store all the books that overflow around the house) and the ones I am looking at need a concrete base.
I wonder whether anyone knows of a local person who could do the job. I don't want a fancy patio, or block paving - just  a level slab of concrete.
Thanks

A friend of mine does property maintenance. He would do it no problems and at a very reasonable price.

Hi John, I've been thinking about that metal shed. Their ok for garden equipment but I dont think it would

be an ideal place to store your books. In the summer they will cook, in the winter, they will get cold and

damp. Not ideal for books.

I have a wooden shed, between the side battens and between the roof joists, it is lined with 25 mm

polystyrene covered over with 5mm WBP plywood. Under the floor I just have polystyrene.

This insulates against the cold and the heat. I bought a cheap shed from, Tiger Sheds.
