Oil boiler

I have a Worcester Greenstar Danesmoor 18/25kW oil boiler which keeps locking out.This has been going on since August, and started after the tank was topped up.
My heating engineer is baffled by the problem and I'd be pleased to receive any suggestions or advice from anyone who has experienced similar difficulties or can identify a possible cause.

Many light years ago, I had a Danesmoor boiler when living in Shenfield. I do not know if they are still in business, but your engineer really should contact them for advice, or get one of their own engineers to viisit.

There could be an airlock in the system

Danesmoor was taken over by Bosch some years ago:I /my engineer have been in contact with them.
