Streetlife

Does anyone know of a reliable trustworthy person who could serve as domestic help?
Duties would be varied and on a flexible basis.
It is clear that with my wife's heart condition, she is very restricted now on what she can do and I myself am not very mobile. (Cooking is my downfall!)
We don't want to involve Social Services as they can be a bit 'pushy'
