I think we're all aware of the parking wardens lightening reactions when it comes to issuing a ticket outside Budgens.  Today I saw one park in a loading bay whilst going to order his lunch from Favourite Chicken on Snakes Lane East.  He was parked up for at least 10 minutes.  Glad to see it's one law for us and another for them!
