That was just an example. You have obviously signed up with Streetlife.com Well done. We shall be doing a boot fair on July 6th but a street party sound a good idea. Do you want me to help you organise it . We are having a clean up day on Friday at 10.30  it will be a kind of a party -a work party. Can you bring some soup round in a flask to all the workers Pauline F?  I will pay!

How many would it be for? I teach Friday so I wont be able to come and help but I can sort the soup out. They dont come till 1pm, but I have to prepare.. What about some bits of french bread?

That's lovely, shall we say 20 people for 12.30pm. French Bread would be ideal. I will made an announcement at the shops at 10.30am when we meet to get final numbers. Why not pop along?

I would do Jon but I'm  teaching on Fridays and have to get things ready. I'll do the soup and have it ready for 12.30 and then people can come along and get their soup and bread. That'll be better than doing flasks so I can do proper soup, but they'll need to bring their own mugs. I'll do a big home made vegetable and tomato soup. Tell them to bring big mugs - but I've got  quite a few anyway.
