It will be great to see some affordable housing on the site, and I think the old B&Q place should be turned into a lovely leisure centre, or perhaps a holiday inn, this end of town could use either, and it would provide some great job ... [ more ]

We just seem to see everything closing down this side of town. But I agree, I'd like to see council housing, I think there is a desperate need for it.
