organise an event

I organised a book fair two years ago and would like to do it again but differently. I originally wanted to have book stalls and writers available for their readers. This year I thought of having a literary lunch with some of the same writers at Assembly House but that makes it more expensive. If it were £40 each I would need 21 people minimum just to feed three writers.
Most of the book shops I spoke to were not really interested the first time round.
Anyway, if you have any ideas or are interested in coming, it's in April, let me know.
Thanks,

How about trying some of the independant publishing houses in Norwich?  They might be up for tagging along or working together?  Off the top of my head, there's Unthank Press...

Thanks Michelle J good idea but Unthank were on the last one in 2011 so I might use them again.

I have a company called Community Event Support and have helped the Town Council in Thorpe St Andrew put on some very good events plus worked on other functions. My events normally have a summer fete feel to them with, attractions for all ages, although an event that encouraged the young to read would be a great idea. Message me if you need any help.
