Hello I moved to lowestoft last year and still trying to get used to the area. Im a full time carer for my partner and so unable to work full time. Im currently involved with a few charities bit looking for more voluntary opportunities either regular or one off.

Are you interested in theatre? The seagull theatre is a lovely community theatre and without the help of volunteers would not run. A good way of meeting people too. Jus a thought :)

Rainbow Saver credit union has volunteers doing admin and customer service work at its head office in Kirkley as well as at local community points round town. It's a very interesting unusual kind of voluntary work, have a look at our website:

On Wed 6th February 10am 12 noon Community Connections Waveney are holding a coffee morning and we are keen to recruit volunteers.
