just had my breast screening letter and the lady i spoke to confirmed they do get charged to park the mobile unit and some councils will not let the nhs unit into the car parks such as billericay. this is disgraceful.

I drove home back to HOCKLEY , the lights were out tesco onward, I thought there had been a power cut! But realised all street lamps were off, I felt unsafe when I got out of my car, let alone walking in the dark.

I agree to some extent  as there are some nutters in cars about but it would be nice to  see more patrol work on estates and back roads making opertunist thieves aware that they are not so safe! Especially now the lights go out at midnight.
