The bench is made from reused Azobé planks from waterworks – old sheet piling profiles – and gets its refined look from the clean lines and visible tongue-and-groove detail.*
The character of the design is enhanced by the vertical centre plank, which provides stability and also determines the rhythm of the seat by exposing the narrow side of the wood. This creates a unique, striking seating pattern with a calm, balanced look.
The Bento Linear Bench is available in lengths of 234 and 300 cm, with optional backrests and extensions for additional configuration options.
* In North America, alternatives in recycled wood are available instead of sheet pile planks.
