The planter is made of Corten steel or powder-coated steel. The bench has a refined design – inspired by Japanese aesthetics – and is made from upcycled Azobé sheet pile planks.* The visible tongue-and-groove detail shows to the origin of the material. A characteristic design element is the vertical centre plank, which emphasises the narrow side of the wood and gives the seat pattern a unique accent. * In North America, alternatives in recycled wood are available instead of sheet pile planks.
